DROP PROJECT – Brewed in collaboration with the Geordie shore legends, Alpha Delta. This being our first TIPA, we are pumped with how well it came out. This is well and truly a Vortex of flavours. Brewed with heaps of IPA, oat, flaked and wheat malts. Dry hopped with a reckless amount of Strata, Citra, Citra cryo and Azacca. Azacca hops leading the charge with more mango than a Rubicon factory and more beautiful forbidden fruits than the garden of Eden, this is some silly juice. This thing is smoother than a Barry White and Bill Withers collaboration. Booze, what booze?!

Each beer has developed in its own unique way over this extended maturation period." Calm Before The Storm is a big breakfast stout packed with coffee and a hint of maple syrup. FIREBRAND - Fresh and resinous, this hazy pale ale is full of palate pleasing mango, citrus and pine flavours. Loaded with Citra, Apollo and Mosaic hops, this beer is bright and floral with a smooth, clean bitterness. At 4%, this is ideal for most drinkers who love a pale ale chock-full of flavour. TEMPEST - If your life is a whirlwind of motorbikes, whisky bars and cocktail sipping, you'll be pleased to hear that we've made each of these worlds collide in the latest release from our barrel cellar. Evoking the bourbon sidecar cocktail, this imperial pale ale began its metamorphosis with some light kettle souring before adding orange zest at the end of the boil. To soften those edges, we aged it for five months in Heaven Hill bourbon casks. One last hit of orange and lemon zest causes your tongue to do a little dance, leaving your mind free to travel to the outer realm. BBE 05/11/24 ABV: 10.5% Packaging size: 330ml

MAISON SASSY - Made from 100% organic Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy. Semi-dry ‘session cidre’, fruit forward with notes of mature fruit and baked apple aromas. Best enjoyed as an apéritif or alongside meat and smoked cheeses.
