The motivation behind brewing our lager comes from sunny summer days drinking something cold and refreshing on a Cornish beach. WANDER BEYOND - "Since early 2019 we have been reserving a limited number of our best brews, which we believed may develop further from a cold maturation period. This allowed the beers to evolve, deepen and grow in complexity and nuance, and thus our cellar-ageing programme was born. Each one of these are very limited in numbers, with a new old take on the artwork. This winter we have carefully selected four beers to release from the cellar-ageing programme. Each beer has developed in its own unique way over this extended maturation period." Calm Before The Storm is a big breakfast stout packed with coffee and a hint of maple syrup. TEMPEST - If your life is a whirlwind of motorbikes, whisky bars and cocktail sipping, you'll be pleased to hear that we've made each of these worlds collide in the latest release from our barrel cellar. Evoking the bourbon sidecar cocktail, this imperial pale ale began its metamorphosis with some light kettle souring before adding orange zest at the end of the boil. To soften those edges, we aged it for five months in Heaven Hill bourbon casks. One last hit of orange and lemon zest causes your tongue to do a little dance, leaving your mind free to travel to the outer realm. BBE 05/11/24 ABV: 10.5% Packaging size: 330ml

MAISON SASSY - Made from 100% organic Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy.
