WANDER BEYOND - "Since early 2019 we have been reserving a limited number of our best brews, which we believed may develop further from a cold maturation period. This allowed the beers to evolve, deepen and grow in complexity and nuance, and thus our cellar-ageing programme was born. Each one of these are very limited in numbers, with a new old take on the artwork. This winter we have carefully selected four beers to release from the cellar-ageing programme. Each beer has developed in its own unique way over this extended maturation period." Calm Before The Storm is a big breakfast stout packed with coffee and a hint of maple syrup. FIREBRAND - Fresh, crisp, clean and refreshing, our lager uses Cascade hops for a subtle citrus flavour perfect for drinking at the beach or on your couch. Brewed with a combination of traditional and modern techniques, the Cascade hops and a long lagering in the tank produce a delicious zesty flavour. Aromatic and fragrant, we use all-natural ingredients for great depth and drinkability. The motivation behind brewing our lager comes from sunny summer days drinking something cold and refreshing on a Cornish beach. TEMPEST - If your life is a whirlwind of motorbikes, whisky bars and cocktail sipping, you'll be pleased to hear that we've made each of these worlds collide in the latest release from our barrel cellar. Evoking the bourbon sidecar cocktail, this imperial pale ale began its metamorphosis with some light kettle souring before adding orange zest at the end of the boil. To soften those edges, we aged it for five months in Heaven Hill bourbon casks. One last hit of orange and lemon zest causes your tongue to do a little dance, leaving your mind free to travel to the outer realm. BBE 05/11/24 ABV: 10.5% Packaging size: 330ml

FIREBRAND - Fresh and resinous, this hazy pale ale is full of palate pleasing mango, citrus and pine flavours. Loaded with Citra, Apollo and Mosaic hops, this beer is bright and floral with a smooth, clean bitterness. At 4%, this is ideal for most drinkers who love a pale ale chock-full of flavour. VERDANT - A low ABV New England Pale Ale dry-hopped with Citra and Mosaic. Insanely full of flavour and body given the low alcohol content. A soft and sluggable pale that has oodles of Citra and Mosaic seeping from all directions. It drinks way above it's meagre ABV and is crammed full of tropical indulgences and citric sharpness.
