TARTARUS – We brewed a humongous 11.3% imperial hot chocolate stout with local brewing legends Tartarus Beers. Huay Chivo is double mashed for an extra thick body & injected with some smokey chipotle chilli & scotch bonnets to finish along with lots of brown sugar, chocolate malts, vanilla & cinnamon.
Expect an oily thick stout which delivers lots of chocolatey chilli smoke, sweet notes from vanilla & a nice spicy end kick from the bonnets.

TEMPEST - If your life is a whirlwind of motorbikes, whisky bars and cocktail sipping, you'll be pleased to hear that we've made each of these worlds collide in the latest release from our barrel cellar. Evoking the bourbon sidecar cocktail, this imperial pale ale began its metamorphosis with some light kettle souring before adding orange zest at the end of the boil. To soften those edges, we aged it for five months in Heaven Hill bourbon casks. One last hit of orange and lemon zest causes your tongue to do a little dance, leaving your mind free to travel to the outer realm. BBE 05/11/24 ABV: 10.5% Packaging size: 330ml
