NECKSTAMPER – What’s a Braggot? A hybrid drink made from ale and honey – very popular throughout medieval Europe.
We brewed this at Neckstamper’s brewery in collaboration with Paradise Garage mead brewery. Blending 60% barley with 40% wild flower honey in the kettle, fermented with a Kveik yeast and finished with a blackberry addition.
The results – a refreshing, effervescent, dry braggot with a hint of blackberry.

TEMPEST - If your life is a whirlwind of motorbikes, whisky bars and cocktail sipping, you'll be pleased to hear that we've made each of these worlds collide in the latest release from our barrel cellar. Evoking the bourbon sidecar cocktail, this imperial pale ale began its metamorphosis with some light kettle souring before adding orange zest at the end of the boil. To soften those edges, we aged it for five months in Heaven Hill bourbon casks. One last hit of orange and lemon zest causes your tongue to do a little dance, leaving your mind free to travel to the outer realm. BBE 05/11/24 ABV: 10.5% Packaging size: 330ml

FIREBRAND - Fresh and resinous, this hazy pale ale is full of palate pleasing mango, citrus and pine flavours. Loaded with Citra, Apollo and Mosaic hops, this beer is bright and floral with a smooth, clean bitterness. At 4%, this is ideal for most drinkers who love a pale ale chock-full of flavour.
