ST IVES - Experience the excitement of Destination DIPA, our collaboration with Real Ale Craft Beer. This 8% Double IPA features a unique blend of Galaxy, Citra, Amarillo, and HBC 630 hops, delivering a complex aroma and fruity, bitter explosion with a long-lasting citrus finish. With its yellow, hazy appearance, this brew is the ultimate adventure in hops and balance. BBE: 09/12/24 ABV: 8% Packaging size: 440ml

WANDER BEYOND - "Since early 2019 we have been reserving a limited number of our best brews, which we believed may develop further from a cold maturation period. This allowed the beers to evolve, deepen and grow in complexity and nuance, and thus our cellar-ageing programme was born. Each one of these are very limited in numbers, with a new old take on the artwork. This winter we have carefully selected four beers to release from the cellar-ageing programme. Each beer has developed in its own unique way over this extended maturation period." Calm Before The Storm is a big breakfast stout packed with coffee and a hint of maple syrup. Brewed back in 2020, it has developed deeper chocolate notes and a satisfying smoothness. BBE: 31/12/25 ABV: 10.0% Packaging size: 440ml

TEMPEST - If your life is a whirlwind of motorbikes, whisky bars and cocktail sipping, you'll be pleased to hear that we've made each of these worlds collide in the latest release from our barrel cellar. Evoking the bourbon sidecar cocktail, this imperial pale ale began its metamorphosis with some light kettle souring before adding orange zest at the end of the boil. To soften those edges, we aged it for five months in Heaven Hill bourbon casks. One last hit of orange and lemon zest causes your tongue to do a little dance, leaving your mind free to travel to the outer realm. BBE 05/11/24 ABV: 10.5% Packaging size: 330ml

MAISON SASSY - Made from 100% organic Normandy cider apples (5 varieties) grown and harvested near the Chateau de Sassy. Semi-dry ‘session cidre’, fruit forward with notes of mature fruit and baked apple aromas. Best enjoyed as an apéritif or alongside meat and smoked cheeses. BBE: 01/05/24 ABV: 4% Packaging size: 330ml

VERDANT - As pale as a 100W light bulb but as juicy as an IPA. Session-able, quenching and totally addictive. Biscuity malt base with a hint of sweetness all drenched in fruity and dank hops. BBE: 13/06/24 ABV: 4.5% Packaging size: 440ml

PADSTOW - Pocket Rocket is our flagship session IPA, and features a citra, simcoe and chinook dry hop to give a heady aroma, relaxed bitterness and beautiful hazy golden beer. BBE: 30/06/2024 ABV: 4.0% Packaging size: 440ml

PADSTOW - Made with multiple different malts, including beech-smoked malt and oats, this stout is rich, smooth and malty with a subtle smoked finish. Gluten free. BBE: 30/11/2022 ABV: 5.5% Packaging size: 440ml
